Your Last Will and Testament is your final instructions for how you would like your affairs managed and your property distributed upon your death.  You will name a Personal Representative to be responsible for administering your estate and transferring legal title of your assets to your named beneficiaries.  For parents of young children, you can also name a guardian to ensure your children remain in the continuing care of your loved ones.
A Trust can be established during your lifetime to assist in the orderly management of your affairs. Various trust types are available for different purposes, including avoiding probate, keeping family ownership of legacy properties, and providing for the care of children and other loved ones who may suffer from a disease, disability, or other form of incapacity.
